Lauren was admitted to the Bar in 2002 and trained in private practice before completing a secondment with the trade law division of a prominent multilateral institution, giving her deep fluency in the mechanics of international regulatory frameworks. She co-founded the firm in 2006 and has since led its international and compliance practice through a period of sustained growth.

Admitted to the Bar in 2006, Bianca began her career at a top-tier international firm in Paris before moving to London to head the arbitration practice at a global law firm. She joined Ryan & Lauren LLP in 2019 to launch and lead our International Arbitration group, bringing a reputation for strategic case management and persuasive advocacy.
